1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Enviro Logistics platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including but not limited to waste brokers, hazmat carriers, environmental service providers, and compliance consultants.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
2. Our Services
Enviro Logistics provides environmental compliance and logistics intelligence services, including:
Access to FMCSA and EPA databases for carrier compliance monitoring, hazmat verification, and safety ratings.
Form 8700-12 preparation and submission services for EPA Site ID registration.
Pre-qualified compliance leads for environmental service providers.
Automated carrier-shipper matching and outreach for waste logistics.
Data Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, data is sourced from FMCSA and EPA RCRAInfo databases and may contain delays or discrepancies. Users should independently verify critical compliance information.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
4.1 Free Trial
All subscription plans include a 7-day free trial with full access to features. No credit card is required to start a trial. This allows you to evaluate our Service before committing to a paid subscription.
4.2 Subscription Plans
After the trial period, subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. Current pricing is available on our Pricing Page.
4.3 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
4.4 Payment
We accept major credit cards and process payments securely through Stripe. All prices are in USD.
5. Refund Policy
🎁 Free Trial First
We provide a comprehensive 7-day free trial on all subscription plans so you can fully evaluate our Service before making a purchase. Because of this, we generally do not offer refunds on subscription payments.
✅ 3-Day Grace Period
However, we understand that circumstances may change. If you cancel your subscription within 3 days of your initial payment (not the trial start, but the first actual charge), you are eligible for a full refund.
- Eligible: Cancellation within 3 calendar days of first payment
- Not Eligible: Cancellations after 3 days, renewal payments, or partial-month requests
5.1 Refund Request Process
To request a refund within the 3-day grace period:
- Email [email protected] with your account email and payment date
- Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
- We will process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days
5.2 EPA Registration Services
EPA Registration Services are one-time, non-refundable once processing has begun. If we are unable to complete your registration due to circumstances within our control, we will issue a full refund or re-process at no additional charge.
5.3 Lead Packages
Lead purchases are non-refundable once delivered. We guarantee lead accuracy—if more than 10% of leads have invalid contact information, we will replace them at no cost.
6. Data Usage & Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
6.1 Data Sources
Our platform aggregates publicly available data from:
- FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration)
- EPA RCRAInfo (Resource Conservation and Recovery Act Information)
- State environmental agencies
6.2 Your Data
You retain ownership of any data you submit to our platform. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk download data beyond your plan limits
- Share account credentials with unauthorized users
- Use data obtained from our Service for spam or harassment
- Resell or redistribute our data without authorization
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data
- We are not liable for any compliance violations or regulatory penalties
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
You acknowledge that compliance decisions should be verified independently and that our Service is a tool to assist, not replace, professional compliance judgment.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:
- By You: Cancel through your account settings or contact support
- By Us: We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these Terms
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law.
