Carriers can claim one DOT number, go through automated verification using FMCSA email or phone data, and earn a visible verified badge that builds trust. Once verified, they can edit their profile (logo, description, contact details, services, service areas) with an initial probation period where edits are reviewed for quality. Basic also includes compliance alerts and access to a limited number of shipper leads each month so they can start filling their lanes without heavy overhead
